Title |
Single-cell analysis of mouse plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) unravels their activation trajectory and their molecular regulation in vivo during a viral infection [FB5P-seq_C57Bl6] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The aim of the project is to understand the heterogeneity of murine plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) for interferon I production. For this end we want to perform RNAseq on splenic pDC at ground state and also after infection of mice with MCMV at different time points.

Overall design |
This dataset contains data from pDC sorted from wt C57Bl/6 mice, infected or not with Murine CytoMegalo virus (MCMV). Single-cells were FACS-sorted into 7 96-well plates (plates 1 and 2 : non-infected, plates 3 to 7 : infected) and analyzed by 5'-end single-cell RNAseq following the FB5P-seq protocol.
