Title |
Comparative gene expression analysis of biliary tract cancer cells under organoid culture and adherent culture. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Organoid culture is important for maintenance of epithelial cell characteristics, stemness, and tumorigenic activity of biliary tract cancer initiating cells. To investigate whether organoid culture maintain cancer stem cell properties of biliary tract cancer initiating cells, we compared the gene expression changes between organoid culture and adherent culture.

|
Overall design |
Using Agilent mouse genome array, we compared global gene expression profiles in biliary tract cancer initiating cells under organoid culture and adherent culture.
