Overall design U87/DPF3-over-expressed U87 cells were treated with bulk control or a combination 0.5mM 8-cpt-cAMP and 1nM MS275 for 48 hours. Total RNA was extracted from 1×10^6 cells with TRIzol Reagent (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and was sent for RNA sequencing
