Summary |
Spinal cord injury (SCI) causes serious and complex secondary injury mechanism that leads to function deficit in daily life. How to treat devastating SCI is a critical issue in clinical medicine. This study explores effect of Methylprednisolone (MP) in temporal change of gene expression to look for candidate genes that have potential to develop effective treatment.

Overall design |
There is a total of 60 duplicate samples with and without SCI, respectively. In the whole experiment, we used MP medication in a time series from 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, and 48 hours.
