Title Genome-wide expression analysis of C. elegans nematodes overexpressing the transcription factor grh-1
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report identification of possible GRH-1 target genes in C. elegans, by analyzing changes in overall transcriptome following stable overexpression of this transcription factor.

Overall design In total six samples (independent biological replicates) were analysed. Three samples were derived from wild-type N2 nematodes and three from a strain stably overexpressing grh-1.
