| Overall design |
Examination of gene expression changes in Soleus tissue between WT and Dnmt3a KO mice. Total RNA was isolated from mouse Soleus kept tissue at sedentary and afte exercise in wild-type and MCK-Dnmt3a KO mice. 3 mice were used in each group per condition.
