Summary Using high throughput sequencing we report gene expression changes in mouse Soleus tissue at sedentary and afte exercise in wild-type and MCK-Dnmt3a KO mice.
 
Overall design Examination of gene expression changes in Soleus tissue between WT and Dnmt3a KO mice. Total RNA was isolated from mouse Soleus kept tissue at sedentary and afte exercise in wild-type and MCK-Dnmt3a KO mice. 3 mice were used in each group per condition.
