Overall design CD45+ cells or CD4 cells were sorted from CNS cells isolated at peaks of diseases in age and sex matched mice(Lag3KO and WT) in which EAE was induced were subject to Gene Expression analysis using the 10x Genomics Single Cell analysis platform.
