Title Minimal Genomic Instability and Increased Immune Activity Differentiate EBV-positive PTCL from ENKTL and PTCL NOS [GEP]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The molecular biology of the primary nodal EBV-positive variant of PTCL (PTCL-EBV) and its relationship with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) and peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) remains poorly understood.
In this study, we assessed the relationship between the three diseases using gene and EBV miRNA expression profiling, and copy number aberration (CNA) analyses and attempted to characterize the degree of genomic instability (GI). This series is the GEP data of 84 cases of FFPE NKTL samples and 4 cases of Lymph node controls.

Overall design We used a combinational approach involving gene expression profiling (GEP), copy number alterations (CNA) analyses and EBV miRNA expression profiling in a large cohort of adult patients
