The pupose of this study is to explore thel transcriptome profiling of the astrocytes differentiated from POLG patient iPSCs comparing to the astrocyte generated from health control iPSCs or ESCs.

Examination of mRNA profile in iPSC-derived astrocytes. Note from submitter: Human raw sequencing data (e.g.FASTQ) cannot be made publicly available due to their sensitive nature, as dictated by Norwegian law. This data can be made available on the basis of reasonable request and following permission from our Regional Ethics Committee (REC).
