Summary |
We generated Tn5 segmentation data on naked genomic DNA to explore the intrinsic Tn5 insertion preference along the whole genome

Overall design |
E14 cell line, HSPC primary cell from mouse, and K562 cell line were researched here. To explore the intrinsic Tn5 insertion preference, we extracted naked genomic DNA from these three cell types and used Tn5 for segmentation followed by sequencing. Each cell type has 2 or 3 biological replicates.
