Title |
Changes in human basophil mRNA profiles during treatment with omalizumab |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
Human basophils were purified from whole blood, pre-treatment (=v3) and mid-treatment (=v6) on omalizumab. In addition, basophils were isolated from non-treated, non-CSU subjects for a comparison of CSU vs. non-CSU.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Comparison of CSU (chronic spontaneous urticaria) vs. non-CSU basophil mRNA profiles or pre and during omalizumab treatment in CSU subjects.
