Title Changes in B10F10 melanoma cells in response to stretch

Summary To study the effects induced by mechanical stretch on cancer cells, B16F10 murine melanoma cells were seeded in Flexcell plates and cultured in static or stretch (15% equibiaxial elongation, 15 cycles/min) for 24 hours. Cells were collected, and RNA isolated and sequenced.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of B16F10 melanoma cells cultured in static conditions or under cyclic stretch.
