To analyze the role of GPR15 on the phenotype of tumor-associated Tregs, gene expression analysis of sort-purified GPR15-GFP+ (1 GPR15P, 5 GPR15P, 6 GPR15P) and GPR15-GFP- (1 GPR15M, 5 GPR15M, 6 GPR15M) Tregs from the tumorous colonic lamina propria of Foxp3-RFP x GPR15-GFP double-reporter mice were performed.
