Title A genome-wide comparison of gene expression patterns in CD4+ T cells under different T cell activating treatments
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary In the literature, several conditions are described that lead to T cell activation. Within this experiment we compared the influence of various T cell activating conditions on the gene expression pattern of CD4+ T cells. T cell stimulation via anti-CD3 was compared to anti-CD3/anti-CD28 as well as to anti-CD3 and IL-2 stimulation.

Overall design Freshly isolated CD4+ T cells and CD4+CD25- T cells activated with various conditions
