Title Genomic-Wide Transcriptomic Analysis of the Forebrain of postnatal Slc13a4+/- mice

Summary We performed bulk RNA-seq on Nas2Del +/- Het and wild type postnatal Day 20 mice on samples collected from the mouse forebrain.
 
Overall design Bulk genome wide RNA-Seq analysis was performed with 6 biological replicates. Three Nas2Del+/Het mice and three wild type mice at postnatal day 20.
