Title ATAC-seq of immature B cells in presence or absence of γδ T cells
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Purpose: compare immature B cells in presence or not of γδ T cells in vivo and in vitro.
Methods: immature B cells were sorted from spleen of control Tcrd-GDL mice and Tcrd-GDL mice treated with Diphteria toxin (DTx) for depletrion of γδ T cells after eight days and were sequenced for transcriptional (RNA-seq) and epigenetic profile (ATAC-seq). Further, immature B cells were sorted from spleen of Tcdr-H2B mice, cultured alone or in presence of γδ T cells and sequenced for transcriptional profile (RNA-seq).
Results/Conclusions: In presence of γδ T cells, immature B cells upregulated genes related to unfolded protein response and mTORC1 signaling

Overall design Transcriptional and epigenetic profile of splenic immaure B cells isolated from control mice and mice depleted for eight days of γδ T cells; transcriptional profile of immature B cells cultured alone or in presence of γδ T cells
