Summary We used the differential gene expression profiling in neuroblastoma cells after PRMT5 inhibition to decipher the mechanisms PRMT5 regulates neuroblastoma.
 
Overall design CHLA-20 and NGP cells were treated with PRMT5 inhibitor and characterized the gene expression with RNA-seq.
