Title |
Single cell RNA sequencing of healthy donor human CAR-T cells and adjacent tumor tissue from NSG mice bearing ASPC-1 tumors that are treated with CAR-T cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to assess the consequences of RN7SL1 production on CAR-T cell gene expression cells within the ASCP-1 tumor microenvironment. RN7SL1 RNA-producing CAR-T cells are the relevant experimental condition, while control M5BBz CAR-T cells are also collected.
