Summary To further the mechanism of exercise prevent and treatment osteoporosis,we have employed a microarray of lncRNA to detect the expression of lncRNA in bone of osteoporosis mice after exercise
 
Overall design 12-weeks C57BL/6 mice received a sham operation or bilateral ovariectomy, and the exercise treatment groups were subjected to 9 weeks of treadmill running exercise in 4 weeks of the operation was done
