Series GSE184555 Query DataSets for GSE184555
Status Public on Sep 23, 2021
Title Regulation and role of glycophagy in skeletal muscle energy metabolism
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report that short-term knockdown of the enzyme alpha-acid glucosidase in mouse C2C12 myotubes modifies genes involved in PPAR and PI3K-AKT signaling.

Overall design C2C12 myoblasts were transfected with shscrambled or shGAA lentivirus, puromycin selected, and then differentiated into myotubes which were then harvested for RNA sequencing.
