Title |
Transcript profiling of human PBMC derived macrophage with or without Phago-Act treatment |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To compare the gene expression of human macrophage with or without Phago-Act treatment, we performed a complete transcript profiling using transcriptome sequencing as a discovery platform.

Overall design |
In each group, macrophages from 3 donors were used. Human PBMC derived macrophage were differenciated under MCSF for 5d, followed by Phago-Act treatment for 2d. Total RNAs were isolated from 3 samples (# 1-3) of human PBMC-derived SIRP low macrophage and donor-matched SIRPĪ± normal macrophage.
