Summary We present a chemical method (m6A-ORL-Seq) for transcriptome-wide mapping of m6A, and compared its results with MeRIP-seq.
 
Overall design Transcriptome-wide Mapping of N6‑Methyladenosine on HEK-293T by a chemical method (m6A-ORL) and an antibody-based method (MeRIP-seq), then analyzed and compared the performance of those two methods.
