Summary Gene expression profiles of nine paired samples collected from formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded primary tumor and normal colonic mucosa in the OCH paired cohort.
 
Overall design The purpose of this study was to clarify the significance of aberrant DNA methylation in regulating the expression of genes composing the cetuximab signature. We collected and analyzed comprehensive DNA methylation and gene expression data of colorectal cancer in three tumor tissue cohorts and three normal colorectal mucosa - tumor tissue paired cohorts.
