Overall design |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the significance of aberrant DNA methylation in regulating the expression of genes composing the cetuximab signature. We collected and analyzed comprehensive DNA methylation and gene expression data of colorectal cancer in three tumor tissue cohorts and three normal colorectal mucosa - tumor tissue paired cohorts.
