Summary |
To investigate how Pygo2 regulate the downstream moleculars in vivo to affct the progression of prostate tumor using prostate specific GEMM model We used microarrays to find out the differetial expression gene between nDKO and nTKO to study the molecular mechanism of Pygo2 in prostate cancer progression

Overall design |
nDKO and nTKO tumor were dissociated into single cell suspension and the tumor cells were isolated using Epicam Beads and then extract the total RNA of isolated tumor cells for Microarray analysis
