Title Transcriptome Sequencing Reveals Pathways Related to Proliferation and Differentiation of Shitou Goose Myoblasts
Organism Anser cygnoides
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study, we cultured lion-headed goose myoblasts and induced their differentiation, followed by RNA-seq extraction of total RNA from proliferative and differentiated cells, respectively. The identified lncRNAs and mRNAs were analyzed, including enrichment analysis, alternative splicing, and construction of interaction networks.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the Proliferative and differentiated myoblasts of Shitou Goose.
