The following samples were analyzed in duplicates (MEFs, TTFs, ieSCs (derived from MEFs), ieSCs (derived from TTFs), 14.5 dpc male gonad, immature Sertoli (19 dpc embryo testis) and mature (8 week-old mouse testis))
