Series GSE42900 Query DataSets for GSE42900
Status Public on Feb 07, 2013
Title NFIB: A Governor of Epithelial-Melanocyte Stem Cell Behaviour in a Shared Niche
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To identify direct NFIB target genes in HFSCs, we performed chromatin immunoprecipitation and deep sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis using FACS-isolated HFSCs.

Overall design Two independent NFIB ChIP-seq experiments were conducted.
