Title Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in human primary airway smooth muscle cells.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We generated genome-wide chromatin-state maps of human airway smooth muscle cells. We find that lysine 4 and lysine 27 trimethylation effectively discriminates genes that are expressed, poised for expression, or stably repressed, Lysine 4 monomethylation was used to highlight the location of potential regulatory domains in these cells.

Overall design Examination of 3 different histone modifications in primary human cells.
