Summary We have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling to identify genes regulated by Sall1 in the kidney.
 
Overall design Kidneys at E14.5 were obtained from nephron progenitor-specific Sall1 deletion ( 2 sets) and inducible Sall1 deletion 48 hrs after tamoxifen treatment (1 set).
