Status Public on Sep 04, 2014
Title Chromatin state in thymic epithelial cells [ChIP-seq]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The study set out to assess the genome-wide distribution of the chromatin modifications H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 in mature thymic epithelial cells.

Overall design ChIP and input DNA was prepared from biological replicated FACS sorted mature mTEC samples and sequenced.
