Title To investigate the alteration of gene expression profiles after NCSTN gene silencing in HaCaT cells employing Agilent whole genome microarray

Summary The present study was designed to use small interfering RNA (siRNA) approach to identify the effects of NCSTN silencing on human immortal keratinocyte cell line, HaCaT.
The alteration of gene expression profiles after NCSTN gene silencing in HaCaT cells was investigated employing Agilent whole genome microarray
 
Overall design In 3 days after siRNA transfection, total RNA was extracted following administration of HaCaT cells cells with either a siRNA shown previously to efficiently and specifically knock down NCSTN expression, or with a control, mismatch siRNA(n=3).
