Title SAG/Rbx2-Dependent Neddylation Regulates T-cell Responses

Summary We used microarrays to detail the global program of gene expression underlying SAG-dependent neddylation and identified distinct classes of disparate genes during this process.
 
Overall design T cells from WT and SAG-deficient (KO) mice were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to compare the disparate transcripts in naive T cells.
