Summary |
GDF11 treatment leads to bone loss in mice and strongly stimulates RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis of bone marrow–derived macrophages (BMMs) in vitro. We used microarrays to identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes in BMMs after GDF11 treatment.
