Overall design Samples (five sorafenib-responsive and five sorafenib-nonresponsive RCC tumor tissues) were performed by Affymetrix GeneChip® Whole Transcript Sense Target Labeling Assay. Quantile normalization and subsequent data processing were performed using Agilent Gene Spring Software 11.5. Heat maps representing differentially regulated genes were generated using Cluster 3.0 software
