Summary |
The RNA from NMJ and non-NMJs samples were examined using microarray analysis with of identifying novel regulatory genes that are preferentially expressed in the synaptic regions of the isolated muscle fibers.

We Isolated RNA from NMJs and non-NMJs region of mouse tibialis anterior (TA) muscle fibers by Laser capture microdissection. Then samples were examined exonarray analysis.
