Title miRNAseq in sertoli cells infected with ZIKV
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Because zika virus is sexually transmitted, with sought to investigate how ZIKV infection affect the transcriptome of sertoli cells, which are nurse cells

Overall design Sertoli cells were either mock-inoculated or inoculated with Zika virus. Samples were collected at 48 hpi, all samples are in triplicates. RNAseq libraries were constructed according to recommendations of Illumina.
