Summary We performed high-throughput sequencing of chromatin-associated RNA from CH12 cells depleted of Ddx1 and induced to undergo Class Switch Recombination (CSR).
 
Overall design CH12 cells depleted for Ddx1 (shDdx1) and control (shCtrl), cultured in unstimulated (UNS) and CSR inducing (CIT) conditions; 2 replicates each sample.
