Title miRNA expression data from multilineage differentiation of hiPSC
Platform organism synthetic construct
Sample organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary We built a comprehensive miRNA expression atlas for multilineage comparison by differentiating induced PSC (iPSC) into three lineages representatively derived from the three germ layers and profiling the dynamic miRNA expression by microarray.

Overall design The hiPSC line iBC 1.2 was induced to differentiate into representative lineages of the three germ layers, namely, hepatocytes for endoderm (HD), nephron progenitors for mesoderm (KD), and neural progenitors for ectoderm (ND), respectively. miRNA expression profiling was performed using small RNA microarrays. Each lineage differentiation including eight samples with replicates for four time-points (day 0, 3, 6, 10) were collected and profiled.
