| Data processing |
The raw signal intensities of regular and control probes were extracted from Illumina® GenomeStudio software and used for normexp (Ritchie et al., 2007) background correction followed by quantile normalization using the limma (Smyth and Ritchie, 2011) package. For most of the bioinformatics analysis, we developed several scripts in R statistical language (R Core Team, 2012).
