Treatment protocol |

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) as normalization method. Genome profiling was performed at Harvard Medical School-Partners Healthcare Center for Genetics and Genomics using an Affymetrics platform (Cambridge, MA).
