RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent, followed by clean-up with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. RNA quality was assessed using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and the RNA 6000 Nano kit.
