Description Gene expression data from embryos in slow phase of cellularisation.
Data processing Microarray data were normalized using the Robust Multi-array Average (RMA) method. RMA was performed using the affy library in Bioconductor and a custom chip definition file (CDF) representing the latest RefSeq probe mapping to the mouse genome (Mouse4302_Mm_REFSEQ, Version 16.0.0), downloaded from the Microarray Lab of the Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience Institute, University of Michigan.
