Sample GSM113462 Query DataSets for GSM113462
Status Public on Jul 06, 2006
Title PGC-1alpha -/- differentiated brown fat cells expressing a control siRNA (rep2)
Sample type RNA

Source name brown fat cells differentiated for seven days
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics immortalized cells derived from brown fat tissue of PGC-1alpha KO mouse (mixed background), expressing a control siRNA.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Label biotinylation

Description Cells immortalized through SV40 driven largeT antigen expression.
Data processing Array normalization, expression value calculation and clustering analysis were performed using DNA-Chip Analyzer. The Invariant Set Normalization method was used to normalize arrays at probe cell level to make them comparable, and the model-based method was used for probe-selection and computing expression values.
