Sample GSM118653 Query DataSets for GSM118653
Status Public on Jul 10, 2006
Title Control Female FVB/N
Sample type RNA

Source name lung
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics A pool of RNA from lung from three female mice with SM22-rtTA transgene on an FVB/N background, raised at Denver altitude (nearly normoxic), fed doxycycline for 8 weeks.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Label Biotin
Label protocol First and second strand complimentary DNA was synthesized using standard techniques. Biotin-labeled antisense complimentary RNA was produced by an in vitro transcription reaction.

Hybridization protocol Mouse Genome 430 2.0 microarrays (Affymetrix, Foster City, CA) were hybridized with 20 µg cRNA. Target hybridization, washing, staining, and scanning probe arrays were done following an Affymetrix GeneChip Expression Analysis Manual.
Description Control Female FVB/N
Data processing dChip, using PM/MM algorithm
