Data processing |
Expression data were processed using Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console (Affymetrix, Inc) to create raw data (.CEL) files, which were processed and on Affymetrix Expression Console software using default RMA Gene analysis settings (Affymetrix, Inc). Probe summarization (Robust Multichip Analysis, RMA), quality control analysis, and probe annotation were performed according to recommended guidelines (Expression Console Software, Affymetrix, Inc.).
