Growth protocol |
hESCs were cultured in mTeSR1 medium for undifferentiated cells. For EB formation, cells were dissociated with Accutase (Stem Cell Technologies, Vancouver, Canada) and plated on ultra low attachment plates (Corning Life Science, Tewksbury, MA) in hESGM (without bFGF) with 10 μM Y-27632 (Chemdea, Ridgewood, NJ) for designated period of time.
