Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Hewlett-Packard GeneArray Scanner G2500A.

Data processing The data were analyzed with Expression Console and Gene springGX 12.0 using Affymetrix default analysis settings and RMA as normalization method used. The probes of intensities less than the 20.0 percentile in the raw data were excluded.
