CEL files from Affymetrix were imported into Partek Genomics Suite (Partek Incorporated) and RMA normalized. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) with false discovery correction (FDR) was performed and differentially expressed genes (DEG) were defined as genes having ≥ 2-fold change of expression in pair-wise comparisons, with an FDR-corrected P value <0.05, unless otherwise stated (unadjusted p value).
