Treatment protocol Ethical approval for the study was granted from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital Ethics Committee and written informed consent from each subject was obtained before commencing. Tissue samples were obtained from the surgery of patients. The resected tissues were collected, incubated in the liquid nitrogen immediately after the surgical resection, and stored at -80℃ for use.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The total RNA was extracted by Trizol Reagent and cleaned up with Baseline-ZERO DNase(EPICENTR). mRNAs were purified by removal of rRNA (mRNA-ONLY™ Eukaryotic mRNA Isolation Kit, Epicentre).
Label Cy3
Label protocol mRNA of high quality was fragmented and then labeled with Quick Amp Labeling Kit(One-Color, Cy3, Agilent).
 
Hybridization protocol After purification, the labeled RNAs were hybridized with probes on the Hybridization Chamber gasket slides (a slide contained eight microarrays, Agilent,Arraystar Human LncRNA Array v3.0).
Scan protocol The slides were washed carefully and scanned with Agilent Microarray Scanner G2505C.
Description Gene expression of pancreatic tumors without PCA-DM
Data processing The raw data was analyzed with the software Agilent Feature Extraction (Agilent Technology, version 11.0.1.1) and and subsequent data processing were performed using the GeneSpring GX v12.0 software package (Agilent Technologies).
