Description |
Foxp3(gfpko/wt) hemizygous female mice express GFP in place of Foxp3 from the gfpko allele, allowing for the visualization of cells transcribing a mutant Foxp3 locus. Foxp3 is X-linked, thus cells have inactivated either the Foxp3(wt) or the Foxp3(gfpko) locus.
